My great-grandma Slingsby was a great knitter. We shared a birthday, and I always loved to be with her on our birthday. Thankfully, I have several things that she made for me: this sweater, a hat and a funky doll.As you can see, the sweater is classic, and you'd never think it was almost 30 years old. I love the labels sewn into each of them, "Made Especially for You by Your Great-Grandma."
I loved seeing Alice in it...I hope others like it as well as I do because she's going to be wearing it a lot!
